Chestnut is an omni café which offers a farm-to-table dining experience. Vegan items are marked on the menu and dishes can be made vegan upon request, including breakfast, salads, bread, freshly made juice. Plant milks are available for tea/coffee. In the evening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights the café transforms into the restaurant Water Chestnut, which serves ramen. Dishes are made from scratch using local and organic ingredients. The café has a shop that sells local produce, coffee and flowers.
