The Sanctum is a community and health-focused vegetarian restaurant serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Their ingredients are non-GMO, mostly organic, locally sourced when available and seasonal, with no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or dyes.
Most of the items on the menu are vegan with vegetarian add-ons if desired. All gluten-free options are marked clearly. Vegan dishes include acai bowls, tofu scramble burritos, tempeh-walnut meetballs, bibimbap and various salad bowls and smoothies.
