Bantabaa is a project to help refugees integrate into society. The soup bistro is supposed to provide the venue for gaining experience in the food service industry. Furthermore, Bantabaa organises language courses for the Bantabaa Food Dealers, the refugees taking part in the project, which prepare them for working in catering. Now, on to the food: Naturally, soups are served at the soup bistro. Additionally, the menu offers a selection of salads, cakes and snacks. Not everything is plant-based but there will be something for every vegan!
