Chay Village offers Vietnamese cuisine and 80% of the dishes are vegan. Unfortunately, they're not labelled as such; they're the ones without egg and honey. If you're not sure, ask the friendly staff and they'll be happy to help. The oyster sauce is vegan, too. The menu comprises classics such as noodle dishes and curries as well as more "exotic" ones like silken tofu coated with breadcrumbs, soya filet or crispy pancakes. According to the owners, everything is prepared fresh and without glutamate. You should try the fruit coconut milkshakes: They're delicious and contain tapioca pearls - just tell the staff you want the vegan version when ordering.
