Green Garden is a food truck based at Sustainability Courtyard, University of Hawaii at Manoa. They serve 100% vegan wholefood meals, sides and baked goods with lots of gluten-free options. Their meals include a ginger teriyaki burger, spicy chili plate and a Gaia plate that contains scrambled tofu, brown rice, hijiki seaweed, avocado, beet, carrot, romaine, kale and coconut chips.
Their sides include organic home-style potatoes, soup, salad and chili beans. They also have snacks and sweets of the day, which could be focaccia, scones, spelt muffins or cinnamon pecan roll.
