Banán, Diamond Head

Banán transforms local bananas and other island grown ingredients into dairy-free soft serve "nice cream". They have three locations on Oahu and this one is the original food truck, which is located at the base of Diamond Head. They have a small area of shady seating and parking available.

The soft serve is gluten-free and many are vegan (they use honey and bee pollen). They use other fruits, veggies, and spices to create an assortment of flavors including Greens (ginger, mint, spirulina, kale and banana), acai, lilikoi and green tea. You can add toppings such as puffed quinoa, shaved coconut, pineapple and strawberries.

They have a focus on the local community, the environment and minimal waste. All their packaging is biodegradable or you can have your "nice cream" served in a papaya boat.
