Délice & Sarrasin is a small 100% vegan and organic French restaurant offering a range of authentic French dishes, along with savory crêpes (galettes) & vegan sweet crêpes, located in the heart of the West Village, New York. They serve brunch, lunch and dinner daily. Vegan editions of traditional French classics include salmon, escargot beurre maître d'hôtel, snails, foie gras, beef bourguignon, coq au vin, steak tartare, crème brulée and many other varieties not to be missed. All their wines are 100% vegan too and include Merlot, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and others.
