The first Ian’s opened its doors on October 31, 2001 on the edge of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus to immediate success. The second Madison location opened here on State Street In July 2005. Both locations serve a wide variety of pizza by the slice, full pizzas, salads and sides. Several pizzas can be made vegan, including the Tomato Pesto and Cheesy Potato with Ranch, and there is also the Build Your Own Pizza option.
