Three Happiness Express

Three Happiness Express is a family-owned Chinese restaurant located in the Leavenworth Plaza. They serve lunch, dinner and take-out. Whilst they do have a separate vegan section on their menu, some of the dishes listed contain eggs or honey so it's worth checking with your server. Dishes include Szechwan steamed or fried tofu with veggies and hoisin sauce, ginger fried tofu with veggies and teriyaki fried tofu with broccoli.
