Nice Noodles

Nice Noodles is a healthy and affordable noodle bar that allows you to create your own rice or noodle bowl, salad or soup. They have gluten-free, vegan, low-carb and low-sugar options. The vegan starters include Korean sushi (gimbap), summer rolls, edamame and spring rolls.

For the bowls, you can choose from a salad, coconut white rice, brown rice or noodles (sweet potato, whole wheat, mung bean or rice), and then top with various veggies, tofu and sauce. The vegan sauces are hoisin, coconut curry, Thai peanut sauce, Chinese spicy, vegan coconut milk ranch, wasabi vinaigrette and Japanese teriyaki.
