Fresco’s chefs use fresh, local ingredients, sourced directly when possible from the Dane County Farmers’ Market, just two blocks away on the Capitol Square. Fresco's chefs also understand the dietary preferences of their customers, and work hard to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free and gluten-sensitive diners, with a whole dedicated menu. Vegans can choose from several options, including the Fried Artichokes and the Bucatini Pasta.
