SoSoBa is an omni restaurant and bar that specializes in ramen. The chef-driven concept food is ‘unabashedly in-authentic’ and includes a good range of vegan options. Vegan options include the dump truck salad (mixed greens, shaved veggies, tepary beans, sesame seeds in a soy-citrus vinaigrette), ramen noodle bowls, glazed noodles and the sweet chili tofu sharing platter (served with greens, shaved veggies, cilantro, ponzu dressing, sesame, seaweed salad). Locally sourced seasonal ingredients are used where possible.
