The menu at Steenbock's on Orchard is designed to feature local, regional, and seasonal ingredients at their best. Chef Sean Fogarty uses fresh, local, organic, and sustainably produced ingredients whenever possible to create seasonal lunch and dinner menus. Several menu choices are, or can be made, vegan, including the Moroccan Spiced Vegetables and the Thai Pumpkin and Shrimp Salad.
