Sushi 101

Sushi 101 is an omni Japanese restaurant with a good range of vegan options. The baked tofu roll, avocado roll, tofu nigiri, lotus roll and vegan tuna rolls are vegan. Other sushi rolls, salads and miso soup can be modified to be made vegan, check with your server. Sake, Japanese beer, American beer, wine and cocktails are served, with happy hour from 4-7pm on week days. Eat-in, take-away and catering services are available.
