The Tamale Store is an omni Mexican café which specialized in freshly made tamales. Three of the savory tamales are vegan, the cilantro black bean, the southwest veggie (mushroom, spinach, corn, red chili salsa) and the chipotle corn (spicy chipotle sauce, corn, cilantro). The sweet corn dessert tamale is also vegan. The tamales are also sold at farmer’s markets throughout the valley.
