Pembroke Bakery and Café is a kosher approved eatery in Fort Wayne that serves delicious deli meals and baked goods.

Although a meat-serving establishment, they do serve a range of vegan-friendly dishes. These include a choice of soups, salads, pizza, sandwiches, burgers (for example, a black bean burger and a beet burger), a rice bowl, spinach pie, and a selection of hand-rolled bagels in a variety of flavors with fillings such as vegan cream cheese or vegan cheese. All of their baked goods are vegan and many are also gluten-free, including their cinnamon rolls, Danish pastries, muffins, brownies, cookies, and doughnuts.

They offer a takeaway service and catering for private parties and functions. Speciality cakes are also available when ordered in advance.
