The Coopers Tavern is open seven days a week, offering lunch, dinner, bar and weekend brunch menus. They use the best of local ingredients, intentionally sourcing produce as locally and sustainably as possible. Their goal is to offer high quality, artisan crafted flavors in a friendly, comfortable pub setting. There are two vegan options on the menu - the Local Herbivore dinner entrée, and Fresh Fruit for brunch.
