Several dishes can be made vegan upon request to your server, including: the Thai butternut curry (with tofu, boy choi, basmati rice and yellow curry sauce); the spicy Indonesian peanut noodles (rice noodles with tofu, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, pepper and spicy peanut curry); and the Malaysian sambal (tofu, red chilies, rice, squash, tomato, carrots, onion and coconut milk).
