Ganesa Thai Restaurant is an omni Thai restaurant in Broomfield with a good vegan selection. The Pad Thai, vegan chicken nuggets, ka pow, spring rolls, Thai green curry with tofu, tom yum soup and more are vegan. In addition, most dishes can be made vegan upon request. Vegan desserts include the sticky rice with mango, fried banana and black rice pudding. Freshly made vegan smoothies and drinks are available. Most dishes are gluten-free.

The food IS amazing and the owner is in fact vegan and a great lady. One thing to mention and note. They are a very family oriented, family run business. They sometimes close down for long stretches of time. They leave a sign on the door if they are gone and a message on their machine of when they will return. So if they are open, get LOTS to go!!! Yum yum!!!

This place has AMAZING food but is owned by a nice woman who I have heard is vegan herself. Service can be slow when there but when you order take out, it is super fresh!! Everything is very flavorful and spicy so I ask for less oil and less spice and it comes out with the perfect amount of heat. Pretty much anything can be made vegan. Tip: ALWAYS say everything is vegan when ordering.
