Café Gratitude in Kansas City is one of a small chain of restaurants that sell 100% plant-based cuisine using sustainable, organic and locally grown ingredients. The other Café Gratitude locations are in Los Angeles and California.
The menu is entirely vegan with some raw options available and there are plenty of delicious and nutritious dishes to choose from. These range from a selection of starters (for example, a raw coconut curry soup), a variety of salads, sandwiches, a raw wrap, and a veggie burger, to a huge selection of entrées that include tostadas, a raw lasagne, and butternut squash tacos. There are also a variety of side dishes to choose from such as brown rice, quinoa, kelp noodles, and flax or buckwheat crackers.
The drinks menu provides a choice of fresh smoothies, shakes, cold pressed juices, tonics, elixirs, hot teas, iced teas, coffees, wine, and beer.
Catering for private parties and functions is also available.
