Darbster

Darbster is a unique vegan bistro serving old time classics and new innovative dishes with a focus on natural and organic ingredients. All profits from Darbster are donated to the Darbster Foundation, which funds spay and neuter programs and assists with other animal issues and educational programs.

They offer dinner Tuesday to Sunday and brunch on weekends as well as drinks and coffees. Gluten-free dishes are marked on their menu and they have a section of raw options. Their dinner menu includes pear and cashew gorgonzola salad, a cheese plate, raw bacon cheeze burger, Gardein parmigiana, mushroom wellington, New York style cheesecake and raw chocolate mousse. Brunch includes tofu benedict, pancakes, french toast, black and bleu burger and raw wild berry pancakes.
