The Chickpea serves healthy Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist and a blend of Middle Eastern flavors. They focus on using fresh, organic and all natural ingredients sourcing sustainable and local produce where possible. The freshly baked pita bread is delivered daily from a local bakery.
The vegan and gluten-free options are clearly stated on the menu, and you can choose from signature bowls or wraps or build your own. Many of the ingredients are vegan-friendly. You can choose from a bowl, pita wrap, salad or pita tacos and then you add your base (grains and/or greens), flavor (roasted red pepper walnut pesto, hummus, coconut curry sauce or spicy tomato), protein (falafel or sesame tofu), toppings (all the veggies) and dressings (cilantro garlic, tahini, basil vinaigrette or carrot ginger).
They also offer stuffed grape leaves, quinoa tabouleh and red lentil quinoa soup.
