Corner Taco was one of Jacksonville's first food trucks and now they have their own restaurant serving up mexclectic tacos and other Mexican fusion foods.
Most of their food is gluten-free and they have a selection of vegan options. The vegan tacos include tempeh with sweet chile and lemon, seared asparagus, and quinoa tabouleh and hummus. Tacos are served with shredded cabbage, cilantro and lime on 6” fresh corn or house cooked flour tortillas. Their guacamole, chipotle salsa, pinto beans and yucca fries are also suitable.
