Foundation Grounds

Foundation Grounds is a coffeehouse in Maplewood that serves fresh coffee and tasty food using ingredients that are sustainable and locally sourced.

Although a meat-serving establishment, they do have vegan-friendly options that are marked as 'Ve' on the menu.

The breakfast menu offers a tofu tortilla wrap and on the sandwiches and wraps menu, they serve a tempeh sandwich and a sweet potato burrito that are both garnished with a dressed salad.

They also provide a selection of baked goods including a pumpkin muffin, a molasses cookie, coconut pastries and they sometimes offer vegan cakes and cupcakes.

The drinks menu provides a selection of teas, coffees, fresh juices, smoothies, various sodas and other bottled beverages including kombucha.

Larger quantities of cakes and baked goods can also be catered for.
