Legacy Bagelry and Bakery is an eatery in Springfield that serves delicious, freshly baked goods.
Although not strictly a vegan eatery, they have a large selection of baked goods that are vegan-friendly. These include a range of bagels in flavors such as blueberry, plain and cinnamon, they serve freshly baked loaves of bread and they have a selection of legacy cakes that come in a variety of flavors with vegan options available.
A catering service is provided and larger batches of cakes and specialty cakes must be ordered in advance.
