Rasa Kitchen and Juice is an organic, raw, vegan café in Santa Fe serving nutrient-dense, cold-pressed juices, super food smoothies and cooked food. Highlights from the colorful menu include the Rooty Spike juice (carrot, apple, beet, celery, lemon, turmeric), the Blackberry Hemp smoothie (coconut water, blackberries, blueberries, red apple, hemp, cashews, ground flax, lucuma, hemp seeds on top) and the Reuben main dish (miso-glazed tempeh, sauerkraut, spicy dressing, house-made rye bread, served with a side of baked sweet potato fries).
