Bolay is a 100% gluten-free build your own bowl joint. All vegan items are clearly marked. You start with a base or two (Peruvian quinoa, Moroccan basmati rice, black rice, baby spinach or golden kale). Then add veggies (roasted Brussel sprouts, smoky cauliflower, balsamic mushrooms, ginger broccoli or cajun sweet potatoes) and protein (miso glazed tofu), and finish off with toppings (minted tomatoes or Asian herb mix) and sauce (spicy Thai or carrot ginger).
There are several locations in Florida.
