PuraVegan is a café in Saint Louis that serves healthy, sugar-free, plant-based cuisine.
They are 100% vegan and have a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from including a few raw and gluten-free options. There is a choice of tasty salads (for example, a creamy kale salad and a taco protein salad bowl), waffles, avocado cornbread toast, an acai bowl, and a black bean quinoa soup. For dessert, they offer a selection of cookies including a chocolate chip cookie, a raw lemon cookie, and a blondie chia bar.
The drinks menu offers a variety of freshly made smoothies and juices, iced coffee, iced chai tea and kombucha, as well as hot coffee, and tea.
