The Turkish franchise chain Cigköftem was founded 1993 in Turkey and has approximately 300 restaurants in Europe, America and Turkey by now. Cigöfte is a traditional Turkish dish which is normally made of minced meat. Instead a vegan variation was developed using bulgur, tomato paste, chili and 18 more herbs and spices. Cigöfte are available in a spicy and normal version with pomegranate sauce, lemon juice, mint, salad, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions are served. They can be ordered as wraps, burgers or to mix on your own. All ingredients are healthy, fresh, naturally and without artificial additives.
