L‘ Herbivore produces seitan-lupine-specialties since 2016. The handmade products can be bought in the shop or enjoyed as delicious meals in the bistro. The menu includes a wide range of different burgers and salads, sandwiches and lunch menus which are made using fresh, regional and organic ingredients without any additives or flavor enhancers – everything 100% vegan.
