Panchos has only 1 dish that can be made vegan that I could find. The vegetarian tostada. It comes in a flour tortilla crispy bowl that gets soggy. I order it without cheese or bowl and add the delicious salsa and eat it with the corn tortilla chips that are served to every patron. The staff is very understanding and do all they can to please.
