Paymon's Mediterranean Café & Lounge on West Sahara Avenue opened in 2004, joining the original location on Maryland Parkway. The small neighborhood eatery has evolved into one of the most highly awarded restaurants in Las Vegas. The menu focuses on Italian, Greek and Middle Eastern specialties and also offers several specialties from India. There are several options that are vegan or can be made vegan, including the Falafel and Stuffed Grape Leaves.
