Half Man! Half Burger! is Saint Leonard’s first dedicated, fully licensed burger restaurant. There are a number of vegan burgers on the menu, either with a seitan patty, or the restaurant’s own signature patty, a blend of black beans, cashew nuts, mushrooms and spices, hand-made from scratch in the vegan prep kitchen. Vegan cheese fries are available as a side. The brioche buns are locally baked from organic flour.
