The Hanoi Bike Shop make every plate from scratch every day, with local ingredients where possible, including dressings, sauces and even tofu. They cater very well for different dietary requirements and have a special gluten-free food menu and a gluten-free drinks menu. The vegan food menu has a great variety of options, from spicy to mild and everything in between. You can order a hotpot, noodle soup, or even a pickled banana blossom salad.
