NOVI is an espresso bar, cocktail bar and kitchen, set in an airy 1930’s inter-war pub. They also have a roof terrace lounge. Their bespoke herb, spice, fruit and bean cocktails showcase the best of botanical ingredients using homemade syrups, shrubs and tinctures.
Their food options always include vegan and gluten-free options that are clearly marked on the menu. Vegan options may include chia and coconut flour pancakes with mixed berries, tofu scramble with veggies and house quinoa bread, a bean and walnut burger, and pulled jackfruit and avocado slaw tacos.
