Blue Sky is a café serving breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. The large menu changes twice a year and offers several vegan or optionally vegan choices, among them soup, burgers, sandwiches and chef’s specials. There is a dedicated gluten-free menu available as well. The ingredients are organic and locally sourced where possible and Blue Sky follow a sustainability ethos, recycling where they can.
