Wayland's Yard is a coffee shop and café in the heart of Birmingham that serves speciality coffee, tea, breakfast, brunch, lunch and cakes. Everything they serve is made fresh daily using local produce. They clearly label vegan and gluten-free options and those that contain nuts. Vegan choices include almond milk porridge and a brunch containing griddled mushrooms, avocado hummus, spinach, smokey beans, sweet potato hash, tomato relish and sourdough toast.
