Pizza Express is an international chain of omni Italian restaurants where the dishes are prepared in an open kitchen. Vegan options include appetizers like olives, roasted tomatoes, and dough balls (without butter). Vegan mains include the superfood salad and all vegetarian pizzas, which can be made vegan (with vegan cheese) upon request. The vegan Giardiniera pizza (artichokes, asparagus, red onion, garlic oil, black olives and vegan mozzarella) was awarded ‘best vegan pizza’ in 2017 by PETA UK.
