Alplings provide "a holiday on a plate" from the region where Austrian and Italian cuisine meet. This South Tyrol cooking includes rösti, goulash, polenta and many more dishes. There are numerous vegan items, simply ask the staff. Alplings has a web shop, does catering and has a café. They have a very relaxing venue where you can sit back and enjoy lunch, artisan coffee or one of their loose-leaf teas.
