Linger is an omni restaurant in Denver with vegetable-focused, affordable small plates. The International cuisine is inspired by food from the Americas, Morocco, Turkey, Italy, Asia and India. Many dishes can be made vegan upon request, including the Mongolian BBQ duck, grilled melon salad, organic sweet potato waffle fries, pad Thai and Vietnamese crepe. 75% of the menu is organically sourced and local producers are used where possible.
