Buns

Buns is located in the heart of Chapel Hill, just northwest of the the University of North Carolina campus.

At Buns, you’re in charge of your burger and the reviews online indicate their homemade veggie patty is 100% vegan. The idea is that you choose your burger, bun (there's a gluten-free option!) and size and then add your favorite toppings and sauces to create your own masterpiece. If 'building your own' is not your style, then Buns also have a range of 'Signature Creations' and offer a 'Very Veggie Burger' which is topped with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato and a garlic tahini sauce.
