Seva in Ann Arbor is one of two restaurants, the other being in Detroit, that serve fresh and delicious vegetarian cuisine.
Although not strictly a vegan eatery, the majority of dishes on the menu can be made vegan. These options include a Michigan cherry salad with almond feta, a black bean and sweet potato quesadilla, a pad Thai (a stir-fried rice noodle dish) without the egg, scrambled tofu dishes, and a selection of sandwiches including a classic Reuben and a tempeh burger. The dessert menu includes a key lime pie, a chocolate cherry pudding, and an almond-berry cake. They also provide a Sunday bunch menu, a gluten-free menu and a kids menu.
The drinks menu offers a selection of cocktails, wine, beer, smoothies, shakes, juice, kombucha, tea, and coffee.
