Seva in Detroit is one of two restaurants, the other being in Ann Arbor, that serve fresh and delicious vegetarian cuisine.
Although not strictly a vegan eatery, the majority of dishes on the menu can be made vegan. These options include yam fries from the appetizers menu, a black bean and sweet potato quesadilla, a pad Thai (a stir-fried rice noodle dish) without the egg and a scrambled tofu dish from the main menu, as well as a selection of sandwiches including a classic Reuben and a tempeh burger. The dessert menu includes a chocolate-raspberry cake and a pumpkin-pecan tart. They also provide a Sunday bunch menu, a gluten-free menu and a kids menu.
The drinks menu offers a selection of cocktails, wine, beer, smoothies, shakes, juice, kombucha, tea, and coffee.
