Bean Traders offer lots of different ways to have your coffee, and a couple of ways to have your bagel veganized. Simple breakfast and lunch options like waffles, pies and sandwiches accompany a comprehensive selection of coffees. Most options are not vegan but there is a hummus with cucumber bagel and there are soy and almond milks for your coffee. They source locally where they can and encourage customers to re-use cups instead of drinking from disposable paper cups.
