There is only one vegan option on the menu (a potato apple sage vegan sausage with pickled collard greens, spicy peppers, onions and mustard) but there are also lots of salads that could easily be veganized if you skip the feta cheese or skip the honey vinaigrette dressing. They also have marinated tempeh options, and Belgian style french fries.
