Lotus Vegetarian is an Asian vegetarian restaurant in Chantilly. Vegan highlights include savory eggplant (eggplants stewed with soy protein, jicama, wood ear, and basil in vegetarian sha-cha sauce) and veggie-chicken with cashews (diced soy protein sautéed with sugar peas, zucchini, organic carrots, jicama, white mushrooms and cashew nuts in brown sauce). Note that vegan items are not labeled on the menu, so be sure to request vegan when placing your order.
