At Harvest Beat, all the menu items are 100% vegan using locally sourced, organic ingredients. Even down to having their coffee hand delivered on foot, locally in glass jars to eliminate the transport waste and emissions. Due to the changing menu, they can reduce their waste and create new and exciting dishes. With all food waste being composted, growing their own crops where possible and using reclaimed wood for their interior, they genuinely aim to cause the least environmental harm possible.
