The Green Ingredient is a restaurant in El Paso that serves delicious and healthy food made using non-GMO, organic ingredients.
Although a meat-serving eatery, they do have plenty of vegan-friendly dishes on the menu. From the breakfast menu they offer oats, tofu scramble and a variety of muffins, and on the lunch and dinner menu, they have a choice of starters that include a nut cheese trio and cauliflower buffalo wings, a variety of salads such as a quinoa and avocado salad, and a sesame cucumber salad, a selection of sandwiches (on the lunch menu only), and main dishes including a vegan lasagne and a tofu stir-fry. The dessert menu offers vegan blondies and an avocado chocolate moose. Gluten-free options are also available.
