Fat Cat's is a café in Austin that serves freshly baked goods made using locally sourced, organic and fair trade ingredients.
All the desserts and baked goods they serve are vegan, and if anything on the menu isn't already listed as vegan, it can be made vegan. Cakes, cupcakes, waffles, ice cream sundaes, cookies, and doughnuts are all included in the choice of freshly baked goods that are available each day.
They also have a wide selection of organic and fair trade teas and coffees.
