On The Kirb

On The Kirb is an eatery and sports bar in Houston that serves food made using organic, locally grown ingredients and produce.

Although a meat-serving establishment, they have vegan-friendly dishes that are clearly marked on the menu. A few of these include an appetizer of hummus with pita bread, a mixed greens, fruit, and seeds salad called the Farmer's Pick, and a hummus and salad wrap called the OTK Wrap. In addition to this, they provide a selection of side dishes such as steamed vegetables.

The drinks menu offers a variety of handcrafted cocktails, a great choice of bourbons, whiskeys, scotches, iced tea, soft drinks, tea, and coffee.
